About the event
Cyanotypes and anthotypes are two sides of the same coin. Cyanotypes use a photographic emulsion and develop quickly, but anthotyoes are all natural, using natural plant pigment and develop over a longer period with UV light. In this class you’ll learn how to create anthotypes using plant pigments that slowly develop over a few hours to a week, so you can replicate the process to make your own at home. But you’ll also make cyanotypes during the class so you’ll be able to take home a finished product.
