Time & Location

May 18, 2024, 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM EDT

Philadelphia, S Christopher Columbus Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19147, USA

About the event

We’ll start where the trail begins, where Washington Avenue meets Columbus Boulevard. Then will proceed around the edges of the path working our way down the pier. In spring you can expect to see Redbud, cranesbill, geranium, mugwort, sweetbay magnolia, and with a little luck, maybe even a few June berries. We’ll talk about the edible and medicinal uses, as well as a little history, myth and lore about the plants found here

The tour is free, but space is limited, so please register at the Wild foodies meetup link below.
