Urban foraging talk at Frankford Pause Park

If you've always wanted to go foraging but didn't know where to start, this is the place.  This presentation is to provide information about foraging for food and medicine as well as discussing its benefits on you health. We'll cover why you should forage, how to prepare and stay safe, basic gear, and even introduce you to some plants that can be found virtually anywhere, from parks and backyards to  the cracks of the city sidewalk.
